RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns policy for purchases in New Zealand & Australia:
Please get in contact with us at hello@wildandcokids.com. We will
happily exchange, credit or refund any full-priced items so long as:
All
items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date
Items
must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
The
cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at the customer’s
expense.
Swimwear
must be returned with hygiene stickers intact
Please
note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
In
the event a refund is made, it will be made back to the original payment
credit/debit card. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
Please
provide proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you
would like to change your order, please return your item(s) with your Returns
Card and select Refund and then purchase the item(s) and size you would
like. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the
return postage. All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have
been received by us. If they meet our conditions of return you will
be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the
same payment method in which you made the purchase.
FAULTY GOODS
In the event of receiving an item that is faulty or damaged
please email us as soon as possible at hello@wildandcokids.com.
Any items will be examined and if deemed to be faulty we will gladly offer a
replacement (subject to availability), store credit or a refund.
